Our holiday home has 3 floors.
The ground floor is a throwback to the 16th century. The kitchen now is like it was back then. The ceiling beams are 600 years of age and have been kept in their original state. A few beams of this house can also be found in the museum of Nancy.
The front door is from the 17th century. After restauration it is back to its former style, but adapted to the standards of this time.
There is a table with 4 chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric stove and all the necessary cooking and kitchen supplies.
Through an oak staircase, from 1826, you enter the first floor. Here we are back in the present. The living room is modern and larger thanks to the back wing. The river ‘La Geuze’ used to float behind the building, under the wing. The river now floats beneath the ground.
There is a table with 4 chairs and the coach can be turned into a double bed.
The 2nd floor has been turned into a bed room with a double bed and a bath room with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
What do you need to bring when you stay at ‘Holiday Home’ 'Het Logiement':
